Fuelbodyrun is a Sports and Well-being support service to provide science backed advice, 1-1 training companionship/coaching and enthusiasm to help athletes from beginner to solid club runner both enjoy training and hit goals. The training philosophy is based upon building a strong foundation to achieve desired results with nutrition a key focus.
1:1 Coaching with Full Unlimited Contact £145 per month
Weekly personalised plans to get you to your race in peak condition. 24/7 What app communication (Fair Use Policy! :) . Includes 1 hour optional call/video call every month if you would like to have one. Review and like/comment on all activities on Strava.
1:1 Coaching £50 per month
Weekly personalised plans to get you to your race in peak condition. Review and like/comment on all activities on Strava.
Consultation £100
60-90 minute call/video call to lay out a training approach or use it how you wish to discuss plans ahead, can create a plan together while on the call as an example, discuss nutrition and lifestyle. Training can affect hormones and energy levels. Training can be a booster to your work life, aiding in addictions and confidence however it is a balancing act and overtraining can lower energy and fatigue muscles and the hormonal system.
The above options are only for those with the financial freedom and motivation to consider. Please look at some free plans, or an AI running coach if this doesn't work for you. I'm renting in a house share and couldn't afford this myself! If a personalised service is for you and within your means it would be great if you got in touch :)
