Its coaching philosophy is centred on building a strong foundational base to support long-term progress and sustainable results, with nutrition recognised as a key component of overall performance and recovery. Simply showing you how to really enjoy running and have fun is the best way to get better!
1:1 Personalised Coaching £195 per month
Weekly personalised plans to get you to your race in peak condition. 24/7 Whats app communication (Fair Use Policy! :) . Includes 1 hour optional call/video consultation every month. Review and like/comment on all activities on Strava.

Consultation £120
Book a 60–90 minute phone or video consultation designed to give you clarity, direction, and a personalised plan tailored to your goals. Whether you want to map out your training approach or simply talk through your next steps, this session is built entirely around you.
During the call, we can create a structured training plan together in real time, while also diving into key areas such as nutrition, lifestyle, and daily habits that directly impact your results.
Done right, training is more than just exercise—it’s a powerful tool to boost your energy, sharpen your focus, and elevate your confidence. It can positively influence your work life, support healthier habits, and help you feel more in control overall.
That said, balance is everything. I’ll guide you on how to train effectively without burning out—so you avoid fatigue, protect your hormones, and get sustainable, long-term results.
The options outlined above are best suited to individuals who have both the financial flexibility and the inclination to pursue them. If these do not align with your current circumstances, I would recommend exploring some of the excellent free plans available, or perhaps considering an AI-based running coach as an alternative.
